We are committed to

Increasing access to sexual reproductive health services

Our Impact

We’ve directly reached over 5000 women since 2023

Since June 2023, we have trained and supported over 40 private health facilities in Mukono District, Central Uganda, to provide the self-injectable contraceptive, DMPA-SC. These facilities have administered DMPA-SC to over 5,000 women and educated more than 10,000 community members about family planning.

What we do

We support women and girls in Uganda to access essential sexual reproductive health information and services

We Train

We train healthcare providers to increase their capacity to provide family planning services and manage contraceptive-related side effects and complications.

We Educate

We work with trained health workers to increase community awareness and knowledge about family planning and other sexual reproductive health services.

We Mobilize

We work with trained peer-facilitators to mobilize teenage mothers into CARE Groups where they receive information and support to access various sexual reproductive health services.

We Empower

We conduct financial literacy and personal development sessions to empower teenage mothers in our CARE Groups towards financial independence.

Our numbers

We are expanding our community outreach to provide essential sexual and reproductive health services to more women and girls in Mukono and surrounding districts.
